Breakfast: 2 Egg whites poached (34) One Slice of wholemeal Hovis small bread (74)
Lunch: Half a can of drained tuna fish - 50 grams (50) Mixed with One tbsp Lighter than Light Mayo (8)
Dinner: 30 grams of OatBran with 200 mls of water and sweetener (120)
Snack: One baby Apple (49)
Drinks: 7-8 Glasses of water to help digestion and flushing out any extra stuff... Ick. Or diet drinks to conceal the hunger...
